By accessing Jadeelio RideCraft services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in courses.

2. Services

We provide motorcycle training and related educational materials. Availability may vary by location and season.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to ride a motorcycle for the selected course and comply with local regulations. Some sessions require a valid license or learner permit.

4. Safety and conduct

• Wear appropriate protective gear as instructed.
• Follow coach directions and posted safety rules at all times.
• Do not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairment.

5. Scheduling and cancellation

Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before a session for a full credit. Within 48 hours, fees may apply due to reserved instructor time and venue bookings.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Refunds follow our cancellation window and local consumer laws.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials and site content are protected. Do not copy, distribute, or resell without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Training reduces risk through better habits but cannot eliminate it. You ride at your own risk and must operate within legal and personal limits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadeelio RideCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service at issue.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
